Voucher Redemption Process
"Thank you!" for purchasing a voucher or coupon for our dental services. We thank you for allowing us to take care of your dental needs and look forward to helping you achieve a Great Professional Smile.
Here is how to redeem your voucher or coupon:
- When you are ready to begin, click here
- Enter the zip code closest to you in our search box
- Choose a location and dentist that is close to you
- Submit your information to the location you have selected
This information must include the Voucher, Coupon or Offer code.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the name, address and phone number of your dentist
- You will receive a call from the location you have selected to book your appointment
- Show-up for your appointment
- You will need to bring your Voucher or Coupon with you to the dentist
- Smile GPS has a 24 hour appointment cancellation policy. A $35 rescheduling fee will apply should you miss your appointment. Please call us if you need to reschedule an appointment.
